HDPE / PP Tank Manufacturing
We are known throughout Turkey for our plastic manufacturing services and chemical storage tanks made of industrial plastics. In our workshops, we manufacture all kinds of chemical storage tanks from various materials using first quality, European origin plastic sheets selected according to the application. Choosing the right and high quality materials also ensures long life of the tanks. HDPE or PP is generally preferred according to storage conditions; however, materials such as PVC and PVDF can also be used if needed.
How Are Our Tanks Produced?
In the production of Masterplast plastic tanks, the sheets are joined together with large German welding machines to form the walls of the tank. Extrusion welding techniques are used to join the base and roof sheets. These plastic manufacturing methods provide a consistent wall thickness throughout the tank. This is a feature that is difficult to achieve in tanks made with the cast molding method, and it ensures equal strength throughout the tank, reducing the risk of leakage over time.
Long Lasting
Our tanks are designed to provide safe and easy transportation, considering systems such as manhole, overflow, air valve, level indicator. In addition, they undergo various inspections, especially leakage tests, by our quality team before being shipped.
